Ingredients
a mix of pineapple, papaya and carrot 80g worth
coconut water 100ml
banana 1/2, sliced
kiwi fruit 1, peeled and sliced
lime 1/2
coconut shavings 1 tbsp
small mint leaves
Cooking method
Put the smoothie mix and coconut water in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and arrange over the toppings. Squeeze over lime and add a few mint leaves to finish.
