Life Coaching

Life coaching is a forward focused managed conversation between the coach and the client.
The coach guides the client by asking powerful questions and providing supportive environment to allow them to find a solution.

Life coaching is unlocking people's potential to maximise their own performance.
It is helping them to learn rather than teaching them.
New Year’s Resolution Revolution!
Only about 8% of New Year’s resolutions are kept by the end of the year. By mid February around 80% of people abandon their goals.
Don’t be one of them!!

Frequently Asked Questions
about New Year's Resolution Revolution
Q. Do I need to attend every session?
A. To ensure success you should attend all sessions. Each week we will target another topic that adds up to the bigger picture. We help you to build a habit of implementing a regular change.
Q. Who is this programme for?
A. This is a programme for everyone who feels they need to make changes in their life. If you're struggling with motivation to keep up exercise, if you're finding it hard to choose right food, if you're giving up on your goals - this programme is for you! We will explore the way you think and show you how to implement small changes that add up to a transformation.
Q. Why do I need to pay upfront?
A. We only take a small group of people who really want to make a change in their life. As much as we would like to wave a magic wand and transform people, it requires work, positive attitude and accountability to see the result.
Q. Are we expected to exercise in these sessions?
A. Ula is a very experienced fitness professional but in this session she'll help you to exercise your mind. Isleworth Leisure Centre offers a variety of exercise options and we will discuss how to choose the one right for you.

Frequently Asked Questions
You may have some questions relating to my life coaching, below are a list of the most common ones. Feel free to get in touch if there is anything still unanswered.
Q. Why is your programme 6 sessions long?
A. 6 sessions is the optimum amount of time to set the goals and use the time in between to reinforce the change in thinking.
Q. What can I expect in my first session?
A. You'll have time to explore the goals and decide what is the most important thing you'd like to work on. You'll be expected to commit to the change and the I will keep you accountable on the agreed points.
Q. is the session confidential?
A. Yes, I create a safe space for you where you can be vulnerable and open. I'll inform you if the confidentiality needs to be broken and we will stop the session.
Q. What happens once I've completed the block of sessions?
A. If you put enough work into it you'll have a complete new mindset that allows you to change your behaviour and reach your potential.
Should anything else arise you are welcome to start a new coaching programme.
Q. Who does your plan work best for?
A. I support people who want to change their mindset. I have over 25 years experience in fitness but I can support you in other fields as I am not here to give you answers, I am here to guide you to find your own.
I support people through lifestyle changes (parenting, empty nest syndrome, retirement) and work issues (team management, burnout, promotions).
Q. What results can I expect?
A. Great question! You can expect a shift in your thinking. You can expect feeling empowered and able to make a change to transform your life!
Q. Are the sessions in person or online?
A. Both. I usually meet online but if you're fairly local and prefer face to face connection I can offer that too. Walking sessions are popular option as well.
Q. How do I start?
A. Book yourself a FREE Chemistry session where we can check whether we are a right fit for each other. Should we decide to work together I'll guide you to further steps.
